You pick an activity in his profile that you also like doing and you put that in the subject line. Hopefully, there is an activity that you also love doing. You could Google the activity that he mentions but it’s better to pick something that you’re interested in. Then you share an experience you had or ask him a question about it.
For example, let’s say he’s into baseball. You can write something like, “I absolutely love the game. What about Cabrera winning the Triple Crown. Do you think he’s MVP material?” This is you speaking his language. He is probably passionate about the Triple Crown. He will want to talk to you.
