Young women nowadays are faced with tremendous challenges. I think they really hit the genetic gene pool lotto.

These gals are:

  • So beautiful
  • They’re ambitious
  • They’re empowered

The only thing they lack is trusting themselves.

It’s not a young woman’s game. Trusting yourself comes over a period of time. You cannot fault any of these girls for not having true inner confidence.

They’re learning everything for the first time. No one is expected to know this stuff out of the gate.

Part of deciding what works for you is learning what doesn’t work:

  1. Be easy on yourself.
  2. Understand that you’re overwhelmed with a new job.

Work and Love: Take Them One Step at a Time

There is a learning curve there. That might not be the best time to start looking for the love of your life. Maybe you want to wait a little bit and get your feet wet.

Get comfortable in your job. Then, when you can take a breath, focus on a relationship.

I wish I had a very simple answer. They have everything coming at them at once.

All I can say is, don’t stress. Don’t beat yourself up. You are not going to know this until you walk through it.

Balancing Work and Love Through Trial and Error

There is no other way but trial and error.

I’m sorry. I wish I had some magic bullet.

Life is trial and error, and recalibration. That’s all it is:

  • You experience it.
  • You assess it.
  • You recalibrate.

There is no other way around it.

You just got here. You just hit the starting line.

Try to understand that you’re okay. You don’t have to know everything yet. There are no mistakes.
