A Message from the AAPI YPS / AAPI MSRF Board
The American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI) is the second largest medical association and overall the largest ethnic medical association in the United States of America.
The Young Physician Section (YPS) consists of physicians of Indian origin who have finished their medical training and are in the initial stages of their career.
The Medical Student, Resident, and Fellow section consists of physicians still in their training and are about to graduate from their training programs as well as those in the middle of their education. Members of AAPI, including members of the YPS and MSRF sections, are located throughout the USA.
The Winter Medical Conference will be a large conference with over 200 members of YPS and MSRF in attendance. The unique aspect of the Winter Medical Conference is that it is specifically designed and intended to target those young physicians in their early years of practice or training/education.
The Winter Medical Conference will provide an opportunity to facilitate those in attendance to enhance their medical education, network, and advance their career opportunities. Additionally, it will also serve to further Indian cultural awareness and promote social causes. The Winter Medical Conference will take place from January 16 to 19, 2015.
